Emmie's Violin Concert

Em has been taking violin lessons since January. Her first public performance was last week at SIU (Southern Illinois University) for an Education Arts Festival- there were 500 students in the audience!!

Fields of Yellow

This place is so unbelievably beautiful- there is always something new to see.
These are the fabulous yellow fields on my drive to town!

As I stand flabbergasted that a man,
some 2000 years ago, would die for me-

As I kneel, amazed that He would love me so much-
